Since the beginning of its establishment, BIZIOS SA, has applied Quality Control Systems for the production of its goods. We ensure that all products meet the quality guidelines set by the Greek Code for food and drinks, as well as the European Law for dairy products production.

BIZIOS SA maintains a laboratory and quality check department certified by the Hellenic Ministry of Rural Development and Food. Since 1999 the company produces traditional cheese, applying certified Quality Control Systems that meet the EN ISO 9001:2008, BRC and IFS guidelines.
