Sein Sohn Georgios verlegte das Unternehmen 1946 in einen kleinen Betrieb in der Stadt Elassona Olymp, in dem Feta-, Kaseri- und Kefalotyri-K\u00e4se hergestellt wurden. Im Jahr 1973 ging das Unternehmen an die dritte Generation, die Br\u00fcder Zisis und Nikolaos Bizios, \u00fcber und wurde 1997 in eine Aktiengesellschaft umgewandelt. Seit 2007 ist die vierte Generation am Ruder und setzt die lange Familientradition in der K\u00e4sebranche mit derselben bedingungslosen Liebe fort.
