In 1946, his son Georgios relocated the business to a small plant in Elassona, Olympos, where he produced feta cheese, kaseri and kefalotyri. In 1973, the company passed on to the third generation, the brothers Zissis and Nikolaos Bizios, and in 1997 it was converted into a joint-stock company. Since 2007, the family\u2019s fourth generation has been at the helm and continues the long cheese-making tradition with undiminished passion.
