A century

of history

Since 1927, when Nikolaos Bizios founded the first family-owned dairy in Samarina, and up to this day, four generations and numerous achievements later, much has changed. What hasn’t changed is our recipe for success, which is based on respect for the history of traditional cheese-making, refined however with essential ingredients such as technological excellence, a scientific approach and an insatiable appetite for innovation.

Today, after millions of euros in investments, we are proud to own one of the most modern plants in the country. It has the size, technological equipment and infrastructure to more than meet market needs, producing tonnes of cheese products on an annual basis. Its state-of-the-art and automated production lines enable the production of a wide range of cheeses in a variety of packaging. The feta production line, one of the largest in Greece, has a capacity of more than 5,000 tonnes per year!
