The BIZIOS Milk Processing Industry S.A. is one of the oldest and most successful cheese production units in Greece.

Since 1927, when Nikolaos Bizios founded the first family-owned dairy in Samarina, and up to this day, four generations and numerous achievements later, much has changed. What hasn’t changed is our recipe for success, which is based on respect for the history of traditional cheese-making, refined however with essential ingredients such as technological excellence, a scientific approach and an insatiable appetite for innovation.
