Environment

The protection of the environment is a priority for us at BIZIOS and it is realised through integrated management systems, with the contribution of all employees. As a company, we have adopted and implement an Environmental Policy, adhering to the strictest rules and specifications in terms of environmental protection in all our activities, aiming at reducing our environmental footprint.

We implement initiatives for the reduction of the electricity consumed and the recovery of thermal energy, the restriction of the use of water and plastic and the treatment of waste water (biological treatment).

Our key priority is the ongoing reduction of the environmental impact of our products. To fulfil this objective, we use the smallest possible quantity of packaging materials, especially plastic, always ensuring the quality and safety of the product. We are also constantly increasing the percentage of recycled materials used in our packaging (recycled paper and rPet plastic), while prioritise the use of paper packaging from FSC certified suppliers.
