Buttery, sweet and pleasant tasting, with a rich aroma, it retains all the traditional flavour with only 17% fat. Its low fat content (only 3.4 g per slice), make it an ideal ally for anyone who wants to follow a healthy and balanced diet. It has a high-content in Calcium (300mg Calcium per 100g cheese), 37.5% of the Recommended Daily Allowance for Calcium. As a low-fat cheese, it can be included in any diet plan, always as part of a generally balanced nutrition. It also has a high content in Calcium and Protein (32g per 100g cheese). TOSTELEIO LIGHT contains no antibiotics, additives or artificial colourings, and is GMO-free. It is consumed as a table cheese, but is also used in pies, pasta, or wherever you need a cheese that will not melt completely when heated but will retain its elasticity. It is an ideal companion to smooth or strong red wines, as well as to fruity red and white wines.
